Stepping Stones Triple P
An 8 week programme for parents/carers who have a child
between 2 to 12 with a developmental disability or additional needs. It provides strategies to help manage challenging behaviours, promote positive development, and build a strong parent-child relationship
Tips for managing in public spaces and much more.

Teen Triple P
A 6-week* programme for parents/carers of children aged 11-18 years. This broad focused programme discusses all thing from parenting challenges and strategies for improved communication and relationships between parent/child to how to plan for and prevent risky teenage behaviours.

Fear Less Triple P
A 5-week programme for parents/carers of children (6-16 years old) struggling with anxiety. This programme supports parents in learning what anxiety is, how it affects their child and the family as well as learning techniques to become their child’s emotional coach.
