Fear Less Triple P
A 6-week Group programme for parents/carers of children aged 11-16 years. This broad focused programme discusses all things from improved communication and relationships between parent/child and how to manage behaviours, including how to reduce risky behaviours and emotional behaviours.
Venue: Online & In Person

Time: Tuesday 10am -12 Noon
Teen Triple P
A 6-week Group programme for parents/carers of children aged 11-16 years. This broad focused programme discusses all things from improved communication and relationships between parent/child and how to manage behaviours, including how to reduce risky behaviours and emotional behaviours.

Time: 5.30p- 7.30pm
Pathways Triple P
An intensive 6 Week Group programme for parents/carers where there are safeguarding or child protection concerns relating to harsh, reactive or potentially harmful parenting responses. It helps parents recognise triggers, manage anger and difficult emotions, and develop safer, more positive responses to their child’s behaviour.
Important: Parents must be attending or have previously completed a full Triple P, Teen or Stepping Stones programme.
Venue: Online & In Person
Start Date: 3rd November 2026
Time: 10am - 12 Noon
