Positively Pursuing Potential

Incredibly Elev8ed CIC was officially established in 2023, but our roots began long before that. Our story started with an unapologetically deep commitment to understanding, supporting, and advocating for parents throughout their journeys in parenthood.

Rooted in more than two decades of frontline practice we have had the privilege of walking with and alongside thousands of parents during some of the most challenging periods of their lives - but also had the honour of witnessing the transformation that follows when people are given the right support, guidance, and opportunity to grow.

We have seen parents move from crisis to confidence. - having families reconnect, relationships strengthen, and individuals discover strengths they never knew they possessed.

Incredibly Elev8ed allowed us to expand beyond parenting support. It;s our belief that knowledge - through education and social mobilisation is the key to 'being the village' it takes to REALLY raise children.

We facilitate meaningful conversations.... But the magic is that these conversations are the information that gives each parent their own power through; safeguarding, therapeutic interventions, education, employment, health, community development, mentoring.

Through and partnership working, we found ourselves supporting children, families, professionals, organisations, and entire communities facing increasingly complex challenges.

Families are often expected to navigate fragmented systems without the support.
Communities are rich in strengths and potential but often lack access to resources, opportunities, and sustainable investment.
Organisations working tirelessly, yet demand continue to outpace capacity.

We knew there had to be another way. That is why Incredibly Elev8ed CIC was created.

Founded on the belief that when parents are empowered and educated - they ELEVATE! Beyond generational trauma and patterns - and create foundations and platforms for their children that create lasting change.

We exist to bridge gaps, build capacity, and create opportunities for individuals, families, and communities to flourish. Everything we do is grounded in partnership, collaboration, respect for lived experience, and a deep belief in people's potential.

Today, we bring together evidence-based programmes, workforce development, safeguarding training, wellbeing initiatives, community engagement, mentoring, and consultancy services. We work alongside schools, local authorities, health services, grassroots organisations, and communities to create meaningful and sustainable positive potential outcomes.
