Parenting can be incredibly rewarding. It can also be overwhelming, isolating and, at times, relentless.
Families are often expected to make significant changes while navigating stress, anxiety, additional needs, relationship difficulties, financial pressure and involvement from multiple services.
We believe support works best when parents feel heard, respected and equipped — not judged.

Parenting Programmes
A range of Parenting Programmes supporting parents through everyday life and specific challenges. These include, positive discipline, teenage years, anxiety, learning difficulties, separation and more complex family circumstances.
Triple P - our flagship suite of programmes is used to initiate engagement - prior to deepening parent support and creating safe spaces for families.
Parent Elevators are often recruited from having attended a programme or workshop.
Professional Development & CPD
From Active Listening, Understanding Anxiety, Building Emotional Resilience, Understanding Trauma, Serious Youth Violence to Safeguarding - we provide professional and CPD accredited training.
We also create, facilitate and deliver CPD Sessions via commissioned projects.
Our Seniors also provide consultations to professionals for capacity-building and work with families where there are multiple, competing and complex needs.

Transform Lives: Our ultimate aim is to transform the lives of parents from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to lead fulfilled and empowered lives. By providing the necessary tools and support, we are helping them reach their full potential.
Engage Communities: We believe in the power of community engagement. We seek to foster connections within communities and encourage collaboration, so together, we can create a brighter future via Elevators - Parent Peers / Parent Champions supporting other parents to create stronger families across cultures.
